Our Travarica is a herbal rakija that embodies the Mediterranean in its most authentic form. Crafted by infusing more than 10 wild and medicinal herbs – including sage, rosemary, immortelle, fennel, thyme, and wormwood – into our homemade grape brandy, it offers a bold, complex flavor rooted in tradition. The herbs are carefully selected and macerated for weeks, ensuring full extraction of aromas and properties. Unlike commercial liqueurs, our Travarica is minimally filtered to preserve the richness and natural essence of the herbs. Often used as an aperitif or natural digestive aid, it’s ideal for those who appreciate strong, characterful spirits made without compromise.
