Quality Rosé wine from Babić Variety
Our premium Rosé wine is made from the Babić grape variety, known for its exceptional quality and unique characteristics. The production process begins with the crushing of Babić grapes, where the liquid is immediately separated from the solid mass (must). Pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grapes at low temperatures results in a reduced extraction of colored substances, while ensuring excellent extraction of aromatic compounds from the grape skins.
Aromas and Flavors
Our Rosé wine boasts a pleasant aroma dominated by notes of grated apple and medlar, accompanied by red fruits such as Red Delicious apple, chokeberry, and cranberry. These aromas provide a rich and complex bouquet that will satisfy even the most discerning wine lovers.
