Become a guardian of an olive tree in Dalmatia and stay connected to the harvest throughout the season.

This guardianship lasts for 12 months and includes olive oil from the annual harvest of the grove. At the end of the season, you receive approximately 6 liters of extra virgin olive oil, delivered in 0.5L glass bottles, together with a digital guardian certificate and the name of the olive tree assigned to you for that season.

All oil is produced from the same grove where your tree grows, using traditional harvesting and cold-pressing methods. The guardianship represents a simple and authentic connection to the land, the harvest, and the natural rhythm of olive growing in Dalmatia.
