From olive oil and wine to traditional fruit brandies, everything we produce in Primošten comes from family tradition, manual work, and deep respect for nature.
We don’t produce large quantities, and we don’t aim for artificial uniformity. Each harvest, each year, and each product carries its own character — influenced by the soil, the climate, and the time in which it was made. That natural variation isn’t a flaw; it’s what makes authentic local products truly real.
Our approach follows the rhythm of the land. Olives are hand-picked and processed the same day, grapes are harvested with care, and every step is guided by experience passed down through generations. The result is Croatian local produce that reflects origin rather than industrial processes.

Extra virgin olive oil
Cold-Pressed
Cold-pressed olive oil is extracted below 27 °C without heat or chemicals, preserving the natural character of the olive. Hand-harvested olives are processed the same day, allowing each harvest to express its own natural variation.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil comes from the first cold pressing, preserving the olive’s natural aroma, freshness and balance. Pure and expressive — defined by origin, not by process.
Local Olive Oil
Local olive oil is made from olives grown and processed in the same region, without blending with oils of unknown origin. Each bottle reflects the place it comes from, the conditions of the harvest and a way of production that does not follow industrial standards.
Premium Local Wine
Babić
Babić grows on rocky terrain where vines yield little, but concentrated fruit. Its depth and structure come from soil, sun and old vineyards — not from cellar intervention. A wine shaped by place, carrying the strength of its origin.
Maraština
Maraština offers freshness and clarity shaped by the Dalmatian climate. Light, balanced and easy-drinking, with clean aromas that remain subtle and refined. A wine that complements the moment, rather than overpowering it.
Spirits & Liqueurs
Rakija
Rakija is produced through the distillation of fruit and herbs, without added flavourings or industrial intervention. Clean and expressive, it preserves the true character of its raw ingredients. Grape rakija offers clarity and dryness, while herbal rakija reveals layered botanical notes that unfold gradually. A traditional spirit defined by balance, not intensity.
Liqueurs
Liqueurs are made through the natural maceration of fruit in alcohol, without haste or aggressive additives. Walnut liqueur offers depth and a gentle bitterness from green walnuts, while sour cherry liqueur retains fresh fruit character and balanced sweetness. Rounded flavours that develop gradually and leave a long, clean finish.
