Maraština food pairing

Maraština is best enjoyed chilled to around 10°C and complements white meat, seafood, salted anchovies, various risottos and goat cheese. It is also excellent as an independent drink. When fully ripe, marastina grapes have a firm skin, and winemakers sometimes dry them in the breeze to produce prosecco, a fragrant dessert wine (different from Italian prosecco).
